offer table awfully broken since tuesday patch?

My proof is: Ive had a Petition in for 12 hours now and havent had a response , BUT my petition went a step farther. ALL offers are broke. My PROOF: Goto an R$D agent ang look at the predictable patents. ALL Starship offers are "Not predictable" ALL. Would be nice if when you present your "opinion" you could back it with some proof or a reason! Im Guessing that what the agents offer are what havent been claimed. Thats why tons of minning crystals and ALOT of people dont have the LP's for the skillbooks. (so save up Im betting they are a sure bet now)

When agents have no BPOs to hand it simply means theyve all been handed out, untill CCP adds new t2 items to the game the BPO que will remain empty. Its always worked like that and its not related to the LP system. So your saying. There are never going to be anymore R&D offers. Who dosnt know how the system works? Guess again. Also please reead before you spout your incorrect guesses. I said goto ANY Starship agent (thats from ANY race) , your trying to tell me that there was a patch , then ALL the BP's were claimed in EVERY race. Like I said. GUESS again(but keep your guesses to yourself) Update: Its been DAYS and still NO Response on my petition about rewards being broken. My Guess would be is that they dont want to answer my page until they figure out whats going on! (and yes that is My Opinion and may be just as useless as the next)

If it wasnt "Broke" or was just a "nerf" I feel they would have at least responded to my Petition. That Implies to me there is a Problem and they have NO IDEA on what to do about it. Do we have to do it as a "Report a Bug"? I thinks its Strange that we havent herd ANY comment 1 way or the other , from anyone connected to CCP.

I thinks its Strange that we havent herd ANY comment 1 way or the other , from anyone connected to CCP. as other people have tried to explain to you the LP system for agent offers and the RP system for r&d agents are 2 completely separate entities and work in different ways. For lps there is a table of offers that u receive random offers from depending on the number of lps u have. there are no limits to the number of people who can receive the same offer. what people are expressing concern about in this thread is that the number of different types of offer in this table was reduced in the static update last week. the r&d system works differently. there are a set number of bpos in each research field. when RMR was released last december a batch of new tech2 items were introduced into the game. each bpo is assigned to a research field and these bpos are then randomly allocated via a lottery system to people with rps in the relevant research field. once all the bpos associated with that research field have been allocated then the staus of that research field is changed to show "nothing easily predictable". all the issue you have petitioned means is that all the tech2 bpos associated with the research fields in question have now been given out. this is working exactly as intended. And then in your next Post you "Bark" at someone saying "Read what I wrote" Thats TOO FUNNY becuase if you would have "READ WHAT I WROTE" you would realize you opened your mouth and Nothing Important came out. As I had stated before. I STILL havent had a response to my Petition (isnt this odd?) and that Petition was about "ALL" Rewards being broke and part of my proof was (which you didnt deal with , you just didnt "READ WhAT I WROTE" is that ALL Races run out of BPC's (starship) ALL AT ONCE. You cant make me belive that that IS Possable so STOP trying to tell me how something works AND READ WHAT I WROTE You answer Nothing. You Give NO evidence. You just state Opinions as though you "KNOW" something (which is VERY clear to me you dont) Becuase you dont work for CCP and you donr READ WHAT I WROTE Can we have Factual statements? MIne were and yours werent. ALL rewards ARE BROKEN. I dont care to hear another person come here and not READ WHAT I WROTE and say "Everything is the way its supposed to be" WELL OBVIOUSLY IT ISNT

I Personally Confirm that with a variety of LP's that the offers har Extremly lopsided and ALSO I checked on the Research Agents. It Impossable to belive that "ALL" of them gave out "ALL" of thier BP's at the "SAME TIME" Stop attacking people that give proof and you do have an attitude as if you were an Employee for CCP. Back up and let the players post FACTS

I said that ALL agent offers were broken and that I had gone a step father when I submitted a Petition. In my petition I also showed evidence that even the R&D was ALSO broken. Just becuase I provided More facts dosnt meant that My info dosnt pretain to this topic. Read My First Post. If after the patch they "Removed offers" That would explain how ALL Starship BP's were ALL gone at Once. I tried to present facts and added Additional Information. Im sorry if someone got fixated on that and assumed I was Ignorant of how something worked. Also my Petition STILL hasnt had ANY response.
